Senior HR Advisor

This would be a great role for someone looking for a broad, hands-on reward role, who can hit the ground running in a busy HR team.
This person will be accountable for driving the C&amp;B agenda for the business. This role will have specific responsibility for the collaborative implementation of C&amp;B practices &amp; policies that attract and retain high quality talent, motivate and reward performance, and ensure equitable remuneration.
This role is accountable for regularly reviewing and evaluating C&amp;B approaches in the UK against the organisational strategy to ensure they are fit-for-purpose. They will continually develop current and future C&amp;B policies that are appropriate considering market trends and priorities and aligned to C&amp;B principles and philosophy.
You will work closely with the benefit providers; maintaining the relationships, managing the yearly renewals process, and ensuring there is proper governance, application, and administration of all the benefits schemes.
You will be responsible for the following key outputs and accountabilities:

We&rsquo;re looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage UK and Ireland Payroll for a global FMCG business. This role would be great for a payroll expert who is comfortable with calculations, reporting and analytics, and ideally, familiar with Dayforce/ Ceridian.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process and administration of the monthly payroll process, while being responsible for the payroll system and working with the external bureau.
You will also be responsible for payroll and headcount reporting and analytics, providing the wider HR team with regular and ad hoc data as required.

<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the preparation of all annual salary surveys.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Run reports on job evaluation and assist with grading requests.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide analytical/ reporting support for performance management, talent and wellbeing.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with the People Solutions and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide ad-hoc analytical support as required.</li>

Required experience and technical skills: 
<ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Lookups, IF Functions, Pivot tables)</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of benefit structures, administration, and regulatory requirements, including data protection.</li>
<li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -18pt;">&middot; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
