Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office

The Organisation

Our client is a global law from, who have around 3000 employees. Recently growing to over 40 offices worldwide, this company has a strong HR team of c.90 – showing the emphasis they put on “people”.

After some big structural changes in the company, there is a definite new feel to the business, and they are pushing forwards with new initiatives in Learning & Development and Reward.

Over the next 12 months they have some strong business incoming and plan to grow the company even further.

 

The Role

·       You will be joining a team of 5 in L&D in the UK.

·       After employee feedback, the company have introduced performance reviews, implemented success maps and they will be rolling this out from next year, of which you will play an integral part.

·       They also have a yearly learning week, which this person will be supporting with organising and facilitating.

·       Taking ownership of the yearly learning budget.

·       Managing and reporting on learning engagement figures.

·       Facilitating monthly welcome meetings with new starters.

·       Taking ownership of the intranet and learning communications.

·       Supporting with graduate and apprenticeship programmes.

 

What experience you will have

·       Experience in a legal or professional services environment.

·       You will have worked in an L&D or HR administration role previously.

·       Ideally you will have experience working with projects.

·       You will enjoy looking for ways to improve existing ways of working.

·       You’re open to new tech and implementing this.
